The 21st March 2024 United Nations declaration on AI calls for upgraded workspace skills for AI companies and their employees. Below is a list of 10 questions that they need to be able to answer and implement in their AI systems.

  1. What are the characteristics of human-centric AI systems?
  2. How do I analyze soft aspects like ethics, bias and privacy while designing AI systems? Is there is a holistic way to do this in compliance with global standards?
  3. How do I analyse and design AI systems in a human-centric manner? 
  4. How can AI risks to human beings be classified while designing AI systems? 
  5. What are the ML engineering process used in AI analysis, categorization, design and development of AI use cases?
  6. What are the main aspects of AI Qualitative Requirements that software project managers should know?
  7. How should Quality Departments supplement their testing capabilities in the  AI systems project life cycle?
  8. What are the milestone based deliverables in an AI/ML project?
  9. What are the additional phases and tracks required in the AI/ML project life cycle? 
  10. What are the best practices that analysts, developers, data scientists and project managers should adopt while building human-centric AI systems?
