National Personal Data Protection Plan has been submitted to the Government through the Republic India Portal. Addressed to Ministry of Electronics and IT (copy to PMO)Submission excerpt1. In the age of Artificial Intelligence, the Constitutional assurance for protecting personal data of India citizens can be guaranteed by the Indian Government.
2. India can be pull ahead of the rest of the world if she implements my suggestions for National Personal Data Protection infrastructure and process.
3. It will ensure success at first shot in the age of AI, not learning from AI’s failures as is happening in all countries today.

Through CPGRAMS portal requested Ministry of Electronics and IT for modification of AI laws regarding processing and securing personal data rights particularly with regard to personal AI models and personal agents. The lack of laws is leading to violations of fundamental, human and data privacy rights of citizens of India by AI technology companies.

Apprised UN TechEnvoy Mr Amandeep Singh Gill with my article on a simple secure solution for AI processing of personal data safely.

Informed Minister of EIT, MOS EIT and Secretary EIT, Government of India of the dangers of personal data processing using AI as currently being implemented. Sent a proposal for a safe and secure architecture for AI processing of personal data of citizens and the public (individuals).

Personal Data Protection Petition – The petition requests that our personal data should not be removed from our personal devices (mobile, laptop, tablet etc.) and processing should be done on our device. This is the only way to ensure that our data is not stolen, misused or sold. The problem of personal data protection affects each one of us. As per latest update 123 signatures have been obtained.
